By accessing or using the Strayasports website (strayasports.com.au), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual products may vary slightly in colour due to photography and screen calibration.

We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or that cannot be fulfilled.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are in addition to product prices unless a free shipping threshold has been met (orders over AUD $130).

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Strayasports is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Sale items are eligible for store credit only. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on how to initiate a return.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not affected by our returns policy. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of our policy.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of Strayasports or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

Team names, club crests and league logos are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Their use on this site is for identification purposes only and does not imply endorsement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strayasports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
